Reasons For Establishment Of DSAP
The foundation of Direct Selling Association of Pakistan was laid by like minded people of the industry on the 28th of October 2015 under the by laws of the Society Registration Act XXI of 1860. Direct Selling Association of Pakistan (DSAP) is a non-profit national trade association formed firstly to govern and protect the rights of the individuals and reputable national and international firms that manufacture and sell goods and services directly to consumers in Pakistan.
Secondly, it provides a platform for direct sellers in Pakistan to voice their concerns, issues and problem on a national and international level. As an independent, vibrant and authoritative body that acts as an interface between the industry, members and concerned authorities of the Government, DSAP's role is to advocate, facilitate, and protect the direct selling industry in Pakistan.
The association will undertake every effort to promote direct selling as a dynamic and reliable channel of distribution, ensuring a trustworthy and secure environment for both the buyer and the seller. The association has a mandate to provide regulatory guidelines and legal protection services to its individual and corporate members.
